We conduct a FREE property assessment for you and confirm that a granny flat can be built on your property. We will then visit your property to evaluate the site and give you our professional advice and discuss different ideas for your new granny flat. We then provide you with a Fixed Price Tender for a Design, Approval and Construction package. To ensure there are no issues with obtaining your approval and to provide you with an accurate quote for your granny flat, we will review the following documents:

​A Section 10.7 Certificate, is a document issued by local councils in NSW that provides information about a property's zoning, planning controls, and potential development restrictions. It's essentially a snapshot of the property's planning status detailing what development is permitted.

A Certificate of Title also known as a ‘Title Search’, outlines the registered or legal owners of a property, the property’s legal description (Lot and Plan number) and any registered easements, covenants or other registered interests that affect the property

A Sewer Service Diagram is a map that shows the location of private wastewater or sewerage pipes on a property, including their connections to the main sewer line. It's a crucial document required for plumbing works, connections into the main sewer line and understanding a property's wastewater system.

Design, Approval and Colour Selections (8-10 Weeks)

We commence the custom designed floor plan of your granny flat. You’ll have the opportunity to make changes to the design to suit your requirements. Once the design is finalized, we collate all the other documentation required and submit to the Private Certifier for approval of your granny flat. During this process, we will prepare a NSW Fair Trading Home Building Contract for you to sign and you will be invited to our showroom where our experienced stff will assist you in choosing the colours and finishes for your granny flat.

Construction and Handover (18-20 Weeks)

A pre-construction meeting will be organized with our Site Supervisor. The site will be established and the necessary coordination will be put in place to ensure the construction process runs smoothly and efficiently. Once construction is complete, we will arrange a final walk through with you. The granny flat will be ready to move into and we will officially handover your completed granny flat.
